Available Young Adults
Occasionally we will have young adults looking for a great family to call their own. These are dogs we have intentionally kept to work on their potential before selling them, dogs we had planned to keep for our program and decided not to (remember we do not settle so it might be something little in the way they turned out that would make them amazing pets, just not amazing for our program), or dogs that we have kept with the intention of selling them as fully trained juveniles. These dogs would be great for people that don't want to deal with training a puppy.

Available Adults
We have a couple adult dogs looking for guardian homes! What does that mean? One of our dogs will live with your family yet we retain ownership until we retire the dog from breeding. Once the dog is retired we sign it over to you to live out his/her life of retirement. Stud guardians get a part of the stud fee if the dog is used for outside females and dam guardians get a puppy (or value of a puppy- guardian's choice) for each litter. All litters will be whelped at our home, with the female going back to her guardian when the puppies are 8 weeks old. We will pay for all yearly health testing and the guardian home is responsible for the training, food, and vet care associated with owning a pet. If you would like to become a guardian home contact us! We also have a couple upcoming litters we will be looking for co-own and guardian homes for puppies from.

Occasionally we will have retiring adults looking for a great forever family to call their own. These are dogs that we have used in our program and we have decided to retire them. Some dogs will stay with us forever and some would love to have a family to call their own and relish in the undivided attention. Since we keep puppies from our litters we sometimes need to make hard choices. These choices will always be made with the dogs best interest in mind. If the dog is one that would not adjust well to a new family they will never leave. As we have stated before they are our pets first! If it is a dog that would adjust well we think a great deal and find them the perfect family; a family that is perfect for them. It might be hard for us to say goodbye but knowing what is best for our dogs is part of caring for and loving them.

Usually the price of these dogs is not what you would pay for a puppy or trained young adult. But you get a long time companion that has been fully health tested, usually titled, and is completely trained. Our dog gets a home where he/she is the center of the family and not sharing a couch and attention.

Please contact us if you would like to be on the list for one of our retiring dogs or would just like more information. We keep a list of families and notes about each family so when we are making a decision we have lots of choices. And on the rare occasion someone contacts us that is the perfect match for one of our dogs we are currently searching for a retirement home for. The wait for your retired dog might be short or long, there are a lot of factors that come into play.
